She works at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Department of Artistic Research and Curatorial Studies. She is the author of essays and books, as well as a translator of texts by Italian philosophers. She is a member of the Team Europe expert group. On TVN24 television, she co-hosts the program "Szkło kontaktowe" (Contact Glass). She hosts morning shows on Tuesdays and Thursdays on Radio Nowy Świat. Educated as a designer, the author of numerous publications on design. Since 2005, she has been associated with the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Coordinator of postgraduate studies in Service Design at SWPS University. Her research interests include design theory, design criticism, and design methodologies. She has been awarded the Rector's Award three times for teaching, artistic, and organizational achievements, as well as for her commitment to the university. She has also received the Prof. Lech Tomaszewski Award for her involvement in the social life of the community and for her creative work promoting important social values. She led the design studio DIZKO (2013-2017) and the consulting firm DESIGN PROVISION (2016-2023), and since 2024, she has been creating the expert studio DESIGN NURTURE. She is the co-author of the Design Mindset Detector™. In the 2020-2024 term, she serves as the Vice-Dean for Education.

Professor at Kozminski University, Ph.D in management sciences. She received her Ph.D in philosophy of artificial intelligence from the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Warsaw. She is currently the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and ESR at Kozminski University. Since 2016, she has conducted research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. She is a graduate of The New School for Social Research in New York, where she participated in research on identity in virtual reality, with a particular focus on Second Life. Currently she is a Research Fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research. In 2022, she began working with the Labour and Worklife Program at Harvard. She is interested in the development of artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, social robots and wearable technologies.
