Since 2007, she has been creating services and experiences that address real needs. She designed in Poland and abroad, and for several years co-led DESIGN PROVISION—a studio specializing in service design. There, she collaborated with organizations such as ING Bank, Santander Bank Polska (now ERSTE), Warta, Docplanner (ZnanyLekarz.pl), the City of Warsaw, the National Audiovisual Institute (NInA), and many others. Today, she supports people and organizations as an independent service designer, facilitator, mentor, and coach. Knowing from her own experience how demanding work on complex projects can be, she has expanded her scope to include coaching and mentoring—because she knows that behind every project are people who deserve good support.
