As a Member of the Management Board for Programs at the Orange Foundation, she is responsible for strategic matters, diagnosing social needs, and implementing educational initiatives that address challenges arising from digital development. She has many years of experience in carrying out projects at both national and international levels. She is a member of the editorial team of the report “Growing Up to Rights” – a monitoring study on children’s rights and agency in Poland in the era of the information society. She graduated in Management and Marketing from Kozminski University in Warsaw and is an alumna of the 29th edition of the School of Political Leaders run by the School of Leadership Foundation.
