Agnieszka Szelągowska

A sociologist and graduate of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw, she is a trainer, coach, and supervisor with the Association of Non-Governmental Organization Trainers, as well as a certified expert in Extended DISC and the Action Learning method. She has been working in the non-governmental sector for over 20 years. Since 2023 the foundation’s vice president. She specializes in supporting local leaders in achieving their development goals. At the School of Leadership, she conducts training sessions, coaching, tutoring, and supervision of work with leaders. She is a co-author of the publication “Tutoring – In Search of a Method for Educating Leaders” and the handbook “Leadership Education” – a handbook for leadership trainers.
