The aim of the Sektor 3.0 Festival is to inspire and showcase trends from the world of new technologies, as well as demonstrate how to practically implement modern digital strategies and tools in everyday social activities. It is attended by individuals who share a passion for exploring new technologies and sharing knowledge with others.

As a board member of the Orange Foundation, she is responsible for strategic issues, diagnosing social needs, and implementing educational initiatives that also address the challenges of digital development. She has experience in executing projects at both national and international levels. She graduated in Management and Marketing from the Kozminski University in Warsaw. She is also an alumna of the 29th edition of the Political Leadership School run by the Leadership School Foundation. A proponent of a balanced approach to technology in social life.

Prof. Sir David Omand GCB
- King's College London
Sir David Omand GCB is Visiting Professor in War Studies, King’s College London. His posts in British government service included UK Security and Intelligence Coordinator in the Cabinet Office, Permanent Secretary of the Home Office, and Director of GCHQ. His posts in MOD included Deputy Under-Secretary of State for Policy, Principal Private Secretary and UK Defence Counsellor in NATO Brussels. He served for seven years on the Joint Intelligence Committee. He served for 12 years on the Board of Babcock International Group, latterly as Senior Independent Director. He has published four books.

Claire Wardle, PhD

Claire Wardle is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication at Cornell University. She is considered a leader in the field of misinformation, verification and user generated content. In 2015, Claire co-founded the non-profit First Draft, a pioneer in innovation, research and practice in the field of misinformation. She went on to co-found the Information Futures Lab at Brown University’s School of Public Health. Over the past decade she has developed an organization-wide training program for the BBC on eyewitness media, verification and misinformation, led social media policy at UNHCR, been a Fellow at the Shorenstein Center for Media, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard’s Kennedy School, and been the Research Director at the Tow Center for Digital Journalism at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
Eliot Higgins

Eliot Higgins is the founder of Bellingcat, a pioneering investigative collective known for its groundbreaking work in online open-source investigation. He gained early recognition for exposing weapons use in the Syrian conflict and launched Bellingcat in 2014 following the downing of MH17, where the group identified the Russian missile launcher responsible. Under his leadership, Bellingcat has grown into a globally respected organisation advancing open-source methods in journalism, justice, and accountability. Higgins is also the author of the best-seller We Are Bellingcat and leads Bellingcat Productions BV, producing documentaries and media based on Bellingcat’s investigations.

An experienced cybersecurity awareness raising specialist whose career is inextricably linked to educational activities in the area of Internet security. A psychology graduate, she has played a key role for over 15 years, engaging in extensive activities to raise awareness of online threats and combat illegal content online. Currently, she is involved in key projects within the Polish National Cyber Security System, which focus on building awareness of cyber security among various segments of society - both in government and the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, as well as among ordinary Internet users.

Bruce Schneier is an internationally renowned security technologist, called a "security guru" by the Economist. He is the New York Times best-selling author of 14 books -- including A Hacker's Mind -- as well as hundreds of articles, essays, and academic papers. His nfluential newsletter Crypto-Gram and blog Schneier on Security are read by over 250,000 people. Schneier is a fellow at the Berkman-Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University, a Lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, a board member of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and AccessNow, and an advisory board member of EPIC and VerifiedVoting.org. He is the Chief of Security Architecture at Inrupt, Inc.

Marcin Kruczyk is a data scientist and AI manager with over 10 years of consulting experience. He has a track record of successfully delivering projects across a diverse range of industries varying from Banking through Telecommunication and Media ending on Life Science and Healthcare.Beyond his consulting experience, Marcin holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from Uppsala University, reflecting his academic background and affinity for scientific research. This background has additionally allowed him to apply his AI knowledge to the field of biology and genetics, contributing to advancements in genomic analysis and personalized medicine.

Sektor 3.0 team makes extra effort to ensure that the speakers and the content of each conference are unique and diverse. This is an opportunity for NGOs and public sector leaders to connect to a variety of high-quality topics from a myriad of sectors and geographies.
Sektor 3.0 Festival was a phenomenal experience, safely bringing together people in-person and online. The content was inspiring, useful and action oriented and the event management was world-class. Working with this team was a pleasure I’d look forward to again and something I’d highly recommend to others.
Sektor 3.0 brings together fascinating people from around the globe. They’ve thought through all kinds of different formats for engagement between the speakers and the participants. I was lucky enough to be a keynote speaker in 2018 and I continue to pull from my experiences there. I learned about everything from VR in educational settings to crowd sourced camel farming in Somalia. Sektor 3.0 helped me better understand my world and most invaluably created enduring friendships.
