She joined Microsoft in 2025 as the General Manager of the company’s Polish subsidiary. She is a recognized leader with extensive international experience in building and effectively executing business strategies, as well as in creating diverse and inclusive teams that drive innovation and organizational growth. In her work, she successfully combines strategic expertise with a deep understanding of a values-based organizational culture. Prior to joining Microsoft, as General Manager of SAS Germany, she was responsible for the strategy and development of the company’s German branch in the fields of analytics and artificial intelligence. Earlier, she led SAS operations in Australia and New Zealand and served as Director of Strategy for the Asia-Pacific region as well as emerging markets in Europe and the Middle East.
