He began his career at Andersen Consulting and spent over a decade as a Partner at Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte. He served as CEO of Fujitsu Technology Services and S&T Services (now Axians). He works with management boards, owners, and successors of family businesses — most often during succession processes, strategic transformations, crises of trust, or pivotal leadership decisions. For more than 16 years, he has been a senior trainer at the Leadership Psychology Academy. He is a graduate of the MBA program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, IESE Business School, and the University of Warsaw, as well as the Leadership Development Program at IMD in Lausanne. He is a certified Hogan Assessment consultant.
