Educated as a designer, the author of numerous publications on design. Since 2005, she has been associated with the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Coordinator of postgraduate studies in Service Design at SWPS University. Her research interests include design theory, design criticism, and design methodologies. She has been awarded the Rector’s Award three times for teaching, artistic, and organizational achievements, as well as for her commitment to the university. She has also received the Prof. Lech Tomaszewski Award for her involvement in the social life of the community and for her creative work promoting important social values. She led the design studio DIZKO (2013-2017) and the consulting firm DESIGN PROVISION (2016-2023), and since 2024, she has been creating the expert studio DESIGN NURTURE. She is the co-author of the Design Mindset Detector™. In the 2020-2024 term, she serves as the Vice-Dean for Education.
