She’s a consultant applying neuroscience in business, a trainer of programs supporting cognitive functions, and a researcher specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. With a Neuroscience and Mental Health Psychology degree from King’s College London, she’s active in the British Neuroscience Association and the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies. Her research focuses on environmental factors in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) development. Currently, she’s researching mental health interventions for neuroatypical adults. She advises organizations on creating brain-friendly workplaces, with clients in finance, media, and IT. Sharing neuroscience insights, she hosts the podcast “Nietypowe umysły – rozmowy o neuroróżnorodności” (Unconventional Minds – conversations about neurodiversity).
