    Adviser at the Political Office of the Minister of Digital Affairs. An engineer specialising in educational solutions and popularisation of technology in social fields. He took his first major steps in IT in 1991 as a coder on the Amiga demoscene. Since 1998, he has been involved in implementing IT in education. Co-author and implementer of over 40 projects in the field of IT education, and author of strategic documents (e.g. co-author of the ePolska 2001 strategy and subsequent major strategic documents). Engineer and main programmer of the open resource education projects Włącz Polskę (Switch On Poland), e-globalna.edu.pl, civic-library.org and others. He has been area IT manager for the Polish edition of OECD PISA research for five years as part of the Educational Research Institute in Warsaw. A long-term collaborator with the Education for Democracy Foundation and many activities of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation. Since 2016, he has been an adviser at the political office of the Minister of Digital Affairs Anna Streżyńska.

    Adviser in the Political Office of the Minister of Digital Affairs, Doctor of Law. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where he has defended his doctoral thesis on EU reform of personal data protection. He has also studied at the University of Stockholm and the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Between 2015-2016, he was employed at the Office of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data. At the Ministry of Digital Affairs he is responsible for coordinating work on the new act on personal data protection. Author of numerous publications in the field of personal data security.

    Deputy Director of the Department of Data Openness and Digital Services Development at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. Since 2016, she has been responsible for opening public data at the Ministry of Digital Affairs. A data analyst, co-founder and former head of Mojapolis.pl, a non-governmental website dedicated to opening, gathering and visualising public data, and also data journalism.
